Interested in becoming a costume designer and creator? Looking to develop your creative talents and skills? Join our costume workshop and we will provide you with the essential skills needed to become a confident costume maker! How do you take fabric and turn it into a craft to enjoy or an item to wear? We will coach you through the various stages of sewing with machines, and how to plan, measure, cut, pin, tuck fold, stitch and adorn! Get inspired by a visit to the NAC costume department and a talk from the NAC’s costume creator. You will walk away at the conclusion of your week with several small keepsakes that will be the foundation of your future career as costumière extraordinaire!
(* Four-day week – Monday is a holiday)
